Why do you need a coach or a psychologist?

Does it feel like everything is going in circles? The same problems, the same doubts?
Or maybe you're standing on the edge of a big step but don’t know how to take it?

In both cases — you don’t need someone to solve everything for you.
You need someone who will show you that the answers are already inside you.

Who am I?

My name is Tanya Veretilny, and my mission is to help people improve their quality of life, find harmony, and achieve happiness.

My journey of self-discovery began at the age of 35 when I faced a personal crisis. In the pursuit of success, I realized that I needed to slow down, listen to myself, and start living consciously.

Deep studies in psychology, quality education, and daily self-development helped me achieve what I once only dreamed of — inner happiness and harmony.

Now, I share my experience and knowledge using proven coaching methods:

  • Deep transformational conversations that help uncover true desires and inner blocks.
  • Visualization techniques that enhance the ability to see life in new colors and shape the future you desire.
  • Belief work, allowing you to change negative thought patterns and open new opportunities.
  • Mindfulness and meditation practices designed to balance emotions and manage stress.
  • Success habit development, creating a strong foundation for happiness and personal fulfillment.

If you're ready for change — let's embark on this journey together!

No doubt, most of our problems come from our childhood, but I aim to make your life in today better. For you to accept your past and to choose comfortable and happy today.

Start your journey to your happy life now!

I need more information...

It is always hard to start working on yourself, but to trust someone new - even harder. I'll be happy to share more information about me next:

About my education

I mastered the profession of "Psychologist-consultant" at the Online Institute of Practical Psychology, where, in addition to the fundamentals of psychological counseling and the emotional competence of a psychologist, I also studied topics such as developmental psychology, coaching techniques, and practiced various tools used in the work of a psychologist and coach.

I came to psychology aged 35 years. Some will say early, some will say late, but I know for sure that it happened right on time. Despite my age, I have lots of life experience and I am not embarrassed to talk about it. You'll be safe with me. Some facts about me:
  • 17 years of work in IT and was not afraid to change my occupation
  • 11 years of happy marriage
  • mother of two beautiful children
  • have a corgi dog Umka:)
  • suffered from perfectionism (but was cured)
  • I conduct master classes on desserts
  • singing and dancing are my therapy
  • built great relationships with my parents
  • love reading books on psychology and philosophy

Now I’m 42. And I dealt with my childhood traumas, grievances and claims. I took responsibility for my life and learned to live every day of my life the way I want! And I work on myself every day (okay, sometimes I don't). But I love myself with all my experiences, achievements and mistakes. I am a psychologist for those who are looking for their place not only in this world, but, most importantly, within themselves.

And I can definitely help you with this!
